Return Policy

In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer you the option to exchange the product within 15 days from the date of receipt. To ensure eligibility for the exchange, kindly ensure that the product remains unused and in its original packaging.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you try on products that are placed above underwear or clothing. Please note that, due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept worn products. Products that have been worn for more than 10 minutes are deemed as used and, unfortunately, cannot be exchanged.

CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES

Products returned must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • No odors other than the natural odor of the products
  • No human or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles especially on items with latex
  • Original packaging
  • Within 15 days of the date you received your initial purchase
  • For reasons of hygiene, no changes are made in underwear (panties, thongs, etc.) or in swimwear where the hygiene sticker has been removed from the crotch.

CHANGE PROCESS

To initiate the return process for your products, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us through the following contact options:

Before proceeding with the return, it is essential to complete the Product Change Form, which is included in the package you received. Please note that refunds cannot be processed without a duly completed form.

On the Product Change Form, please indicate the specific product you wish to receive, providing details such as the code or description, color, and size. Once we receive the returned product(s) and confirm that all the aforementioned conditions have been met, we will proceed with sending you the requested new product. Please note that shipping costs for your new order will be applied accordingly.

We offer two convenient options for returning your package for an exchange:

Box Now: Cost of €3.50
To initiate the return process, simply give us a call and we will provide you with a unique code to use at the nearest locker for returning your package. The cost of €3.50 covers both the return of your package and the shipment of the new product. You can conveniently make the payment electronically through bank deposit or by card using our secure payment request service.

Geniki Courier: Cost of €5.00
If you prefer an alternative method, please inform us via phone that you wish to proceed with an exchange. We will arrange for a courier to pick up the package directly from your location. Upon receiving the new product, you will need to make a payment of €5.00 to the courier (or any difference in price, if applicable).

*We  inform you that the initial return of products is complimentary. However, if you wish to make a second change for the same order, please note that shipping costs will be incurred and will be your responsibility. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and remain available to assist you with any further inquiries you may have.

*To facilitate your return process, we kindly request that you select one of the aforementioned options. Please note that using an alternative courier service for the shipment will result in the customer being responsible for the associated costs.

Regrettably, if the returned products fail to meet the necessary requirements for an exchange, we are unable to proceed with the change process. In such cases, the products will be returned to the customer at their own expense. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept returns of international orders within 30 days of the date the order was delivered.

Return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

LIABILITY OF THE USER

Please note that the risk of loss, damage or destruction of the product remains with the “user” until the product is received by the “company”. The “Company” shall, within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date when it has knowledge of the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal by the “user”, to return the net value of the product in the form of a voucher in accordance with the procedure is discussed above.

The “Company” is entitled to delay the granting of a discount coupon until the receipt of the products. The “Company” is not obliged to return to the “user” part or all of the price of the vouchers returned in the form of a coupon if there is a reduction in the value of the product due to the use of the product by the “user” in a way that is beyond the normal examination product to determine its nature, its characteristics and its function as it would be in a physical shop. In this case, the “user” is responsible for reducing the value of the product due to its inappropriate use. The company expressly reserves the right to check the returned product after it has been received and to deduct part or all of the price according to its reduced value under the responsibility of the “user” due to inappropriate use.

ERROR IN ORDER

If there is an error in the execution of your order (wrong size, color or model), you must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. In this case, we undertake to send you the product that corresponds to your order, without any charge. We will bear the cost of return and shipping. The returned product should comply with the conditions listed above.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. You will be asked for details of the product code and the type of the defect. You will be also asked for photos showing the fault. We will check them closely and let you know if you have the right of replacement. In the case of replacement, we bear the cost of return and shipment.

POLICY

Our policy lasts 15 days from the delivery date. If more than 15 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you any change. If you are within the 15-day period, the changes are made as described above. In any case, the returned product should comply with the conditions listed above.

REFUNDS

To request a refund, kindly complete the product change form and include it in the parcel along with the products you intend to return. On the return form, please provide the name of your bank and the corresponding account number to facilitate the refund process.

Please note that the refund does not cover the initial shipping cost, and the customer is responsible for the expenses associated with returning the package. Rest assured that we strive to process refunds within 1-14 working days.

It’s important to note that used products, as well as underwear due to hygienic considerations, cannot be returned.

ATTENTION

If you feel discomfort, stop using it immediately. Order within the Size Chart. Ordering an extremely small size or an extremely large waist reduction is not recommended and can be dangerous. The company in the event of incorrect use of a product in accordance with its instructions for use or allergic reaction to a product which is not defective does not bear any responsibility towards the “user” who is in any case obliged to be informed of the instructions for use the product ordered and the specific medical warnings associated with it.
