International Shipping and Returns


We offer Economy and Priority (via FedEx) shipping options depending on the destination country. The exact available shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout.


Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for them.


Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, international orders can take between 3 to 10 business days to deliver.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your shipping tracking number and a link so that you can follow the status of your order. Please make sure that there will be someone to pick it up and sign upon delivery of your order. If you do not pick up your order it will be returned to us after a week. In this case, there will be return costs.


We are happy to accept international returns. We’ve worked hard to ensure our Return process is quick and painless as we know that returning your items can often be a pain.

We accept self-postage standard returns.

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

  • We have a 30 days returns policy from the date of dispatch.
  • As long as your order has been shipped back to us within 30 days and we can see tracking, then you still qualify for a return.
  • Items must be returned to us in the way we sent them out to you. All labels and tags must still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments.
  • We reserve the rights to refuse your refund if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition or have visible signs of use. In such a case we will organize to reship the goods back to the given shipping address, at your own expense.
  • If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications.
  • If you are returning a swim set, we can only accept refund requests for sets which have their hygiene strip attached. Your request will be refused if this has been removed or the item is damaged.

You can choose either to get a refund or to receive a credit coupon to use on your next order.

  • You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge or refund gift wrapping).
  • The amount of the coupon will be based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge or refund gift wrapping).

Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

*Please note that for international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be postmarked within 30 days of the order date.

* In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage, where tracking information is preferable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.
