HOW ARE THE PARCELS SENT?
For orders within Greece or Cyprus, we send the parcels via ACS or Speedex Courier.
WHEN ARE THE ORDERS SHIPPED?
We ship out every day from Monday to Friday (except holidays). All orders are executed the day after they are submitted. Orders submitted on Saturday or Sunday are executed on Monday.
* Before sending your order, we contact you (by phone or viber or sms) to confirm that you have ordered the right size for you. The shipment takes place after we receive confirmation from you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If all the products you have picked are available, then for orders within Greece, it takes 2-4 days to arrive.
Athens – Thessaloniki: Delivery in 1 day
Rest of Continental Greece: 2-3 days
Islands or Inaccessible Areas: 3-4 days
*During holidays, promotions or discounts, expect delivery times to increase.
The shipping cost for orders within Greece (inaccessible or not) is €3.5, while orders over € 65 are free of charge.
*Packages are delivered to the address you provide when submitting your order. Please include all the necessary information. Zeta Curves is not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an order with incorrect or incomplete delivery details!
HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP OUT TO CYPRUS? AND WHEN DO THE ORDERS ARRIVE?
Shipments to Cyprus are made with two ways. By the standard shipment or by the express shipment.
Standard Shipment: Shipments are made twice a week, and the parcel reaches you in 10 working days. The cost of the standard shipment is 10€
Express shipping: has a higher charge, shipment takes place the next day of your order and the package arrives to you in 2 working days. The cost of the express shipment is 20€
In case of overdue delivery our company bears no responsibility and you should exclusively contact the courier company.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
With each order, we give you a tracking number with which you can check in the courier’s system the status of your shipment. The tracking number arrives to you via SMS on your mobile and also by email.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay by credit or debit card, as well as cash on delivery. The cash on delivery service is only available for purchases within Greece and has an extra charge of 1,50€.
For purchases from international destinations, the amount of the order is prepaid by credit or debit card.
We accept the following forms of payment:
* In case a user refuses to receive his order which was sent by the payment method of cash on delivery, the company reserves the right to limit the payment options of a future order by the same user and specifically to exclude the specified user from the payment method of cash on delivery.
DO YOU STORE THE CREDIT CARD DATA INTO FILE?
For safety reasons we don’t store any details of your credit card anywhere.

I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL? WHAT IS IT?
It is the confirmation of your order. See it as proof that your order has been submitted properly. If you did not get your email please also look in the “Spam” folder.
