Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

If for some reason your purchase does not cover you, you have the right to change the product within 15 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please when you receive your order, try products ABOVE underwear or clothing. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept products which are worn. Products that are worn more than 10 minutes are considered used and cannot be changed. Also, products that have been custom-made or customized can not be changed.

CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES

Products returned must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • No odors other than the natural odor of the products
  • No human or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles especially on items with latex
  • Original packaging
  • Within 15 days of the date you received your initial purchase

CHANGE PROCESS

If the returned products do not fulfill the change conditions then unfortunately we cannot complete the process of change and the products will be returned back to the customer.

Requirement for returning the product is the completion of the Product Change Form that you will find in the package you received. (Refunds are not accepted without the form completed)

On the Product Change Form, you note which product you wish to receive, a code or a description, color and size. If the returned product (s) meet all of the above conditions and your refund is approved, then we are sending you the new product you have requested. Your new order is recharged with shipping costs.

If you wish to receive a coupon with the value of the products you return to make your order at some other time then check the corresponding box on the change form. The coupon will be sent to you by e-mail or sms, whichever you choose, and is valid for six (6) months. You can make your new order and use the coupon anytime you want within six (6) months. Applying the coupon at the end of the order will automatically deduct the same amount as the value of the products you returned. Your new order is recharged with shipping costs.

Attention! The amount returned to you in the form of a coupon corresponds to the net purchase value of the product and not to the cost of shipping or cash on delivery!

You send your product or products you wish to change to:

* Return of products is free of charge for the first time. In case you want to make a second change for the same order, the shipping costs will be charged to you.

If returned products do not meet the changing requirements then unfortunately we can not complete the change process and the products are returned back to the customer at their own expense.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We accept returns of international orders within 30 days of the date the order was delivered.

Return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

LIABILITY OF THE USER

Please note that the risk of loss, damage or destruction of the product remains with the “user” until the product is received by the “company”. The “Company” shall, within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date when it has knowledge of the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal by the “user”, to return the net value of the product in the form of a voucher in accordance with the procedure is discussed above.

The “Company” is entitled to delay the granting of a discount coupon until the receipt of the products. ERROR IN ORDER

If there is an error in the execution of your order (wrong size, color or model), you must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. In this case, we undertake to send you the product that corresponds to your order, without any charge. We will bear the cost of return and shipping. The returned product should comply with the conditions listed above.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. You will be asked for details of the product code and the type of the defect. You will be also asked for photos showing the fault. We will check them closely and let you know if you have the right of replacement. In the case of replacement, we bear the cost of return and shipment.

POLICY

Our policy lasts 15 days from the delivery date. If more than 15 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you any change. If you are within the 15-day period, the changes are made as described above. In any case, the returned product should comply with the conditions listed above.

REFUNDS

If you wish a refund, you’ll need to fill out the product change form and put it in the parcel with the products you want to return.

On the return form you will have to enter the name of the bank and the account number to which you will be refunded.

Caution! The refund does not include the shipping cost, and the cost of returning the package is charged to the customer.

ATTENTION

If you feel discomfort, stop using it immediately. Order within the Size Chart. Ordering an extremely small size or an extremely large waist reduction is not recommended and can be dangerous.
